Wiz front headlight removal
Tools needed
Phillips head screwdriver
5mm hex head driver
Step 1: place bike on center stand
Step 2: remove 3 phillips head screws on the left side of the fairing
Step 3: Remove 2 Phillips head screw behind the front wheel
Step 4: remove 2 phillips head screws holding front fairing to the side panels
Step 5: remove 3 phillps head screws on right side of inner fairing
Step 6: remove 2 phillips head screws on holding front fairing to side panels
Step 7: remove 5mm screw from front of fairing
Step 8: remove 2 phillips head screws holding front fairing to inner fairing below the front cowl
Step 9: once all the phillips head screws and the 5mm bolt pry front fairing out starting from the side covers to the front
Step 10: lean fairing forward to access head light assembly and wiring harness, disconnect plug from headlight
Step 11 remove 5 phillips head screws holding headlight assembly to front fairing
Step 12 remove headlight from assembly
Step 13: remove dust cover from headlight
Step 14: to replace lightbulb remove blue screw
Step 15: bulb can now be removed and replaced
Step 16: once new bulb is installed place bracket in this position, tighten the screw and slide the other end of the bracket underneath the slot on the opposite side
Step 17: install the dust cover and screw the headlight assembly back to the front fairing
Step 18: reconnect headlight to wiring harness
Final step: reattach front fairing from the top-down finishing on the side covers, follow instructions in reverse to secure fairing to inner fairing
