With mixed emotions, we want to let you know that we have made the difficult decision to retire and close CSC Motorcycles. At the same time, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your loyalty, friendship, and support over the years.

We have reached a point in our lives where retirement is the right next step. After more than eleven years and over 6,000 CSC motorcycles sold to what we believe is the most loyal customer base in the industry, we have decided that the time has come to stop selling new CSC motorcycles.

It's been an incredible journey. From our company rides across the United States, Canada, and Baja, to the friendships we've made along the way, these years have given us memories we'll always treasure. Our customers have always been our greatest ambassadors, enthusiastically spreading the word about our motorcycles and, in some cases, even helping us name new models. We could never have built CSC into what it became without your enthusiasm and support.

The timing also makes sense from a business standpoint. We explored several options for keeping CSC Motorcycles operating, but the market has presented significant challenges for a number of years. As many of you know, the U.S. motorcycle market fell dramatically during the 2008 recession and has never fully recovered. More recently, the regulatory environment has become increasingly burdensome, with ever more stringent and costly Environmental Protection Agency requirements. Added to that are the substantially higher tariffs imposed on products from our overseas suppliers. Rather than pass those costs on to our customers, we absorbed them ourselves to keep our motorcycles affordable. Unfortunately, that is no longer sustainable.

On a personal level, we are looking forward to slowing down, traveling, and enjoying our retirement together.

Although we will no longer sell new CSC motorcycles, we have a substantial inventory of parts and accessories and will continue offering them for as long as supplies last. Please keep an eye on our website for special pricing and closeout deals. We've also made arrangements with a trusted local motorcycle shop to provide service for your CSC motorcycle if you prefer not to perform the maintenance yourself.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your motorcycling adventures. It has truly been our privilege to serve you, and we will always be grateful for the friendships we've made along the way.
