All Cloud-9 branded products purchased from an authorized Cloud-9 dealer are warranted against defects in materials for the life of the product to the original retail buyer. Contact your Cloud-9 retailer to get started. The Cloud-9 Warranty is subject to the following terms, conditions, and limitations described below.

Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

• Improper installation or assembly
• Improper follow-up maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
• Deterioration of finish from exposure to climate conditions

Additional Conditions

This Cloud-9 Warranty is made only to the original buyer, is non-transferable, and is effective from the date of purchase from an authorized Cloud-9 dealer. To begin a warranty process, present the part or accessory to an authorized Cloud-9 dealer along with the original receipt, bill of sale, or other appropriate written proof of purchase. If the part or accessory is determined by Cloud-9 to be covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced and is the sole remedy of this warranty. This warranty does not cover costs related to installation and shipping that may be imposed by the retailer. Claims made outside the USA may be subject to fees and additional restrictions.
