How can I get support for my CSC Motorcycle? For technical support or service-related questions, customers can use the online form on the CSC Motorcycles website to contact the service department, and someone will respond within 1 business day. For immediate assistance, customers can also email techhelp@cscmotorcycles.com.

    2. What is the warranty policy for CSC Motorcycles? CSC Motorcycles provides a one-year warranty on all their motorcycles, ensuring peace of mind for customers.

    3. How much does shipping cost? CSC Motorcycles offers shipping on all motorcycles. Each motorcycle has a different flat rate for the lower contiguous 48 states listed on each motorcycle. Please contact us for a shipping quote to Hawaii, and Alaska. 

    4. Does CSC Motorcycles ship outside of the United States (Canada, Mexico, Europe, etc)? CSC Motorcycles does not ship motorcycles or e-bikes outside of the United States. If you would like to purchase a product, please e-mail info@cscmotorcycles.com with the parts you would like to purchase with the address you would like to ship them to and allow us 1 business day to respond. Some items cannot be shipped outside of the United States.

    5. Where is CSC Motorcycles located? The CSC Motorcycles showroom and service center are located at 1331 W Foothill Blvd, Azusa, CA 91702, and they are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PST.

    6. How can I track my CSC Motorcycles order? Customers can track their order status through the CSC Motorcycles website or by contacting customer service for updates.

    7. Do your motorcycles have vin numbers on them?  Yes, all our bikes come with VIN numbers and they are street legal in all 50 States.

    8. What is included with the documentation fee?  The doc fee is meant to compensate for the time and resources spent on processing the necessary documents to legally transfer the vehicle to the buyer.

    9. What is the dealer prep fee?  The dealer prep is for CSC assembling the bike, getting it started and serviced and crated up and ready to ship to you.

    10. How long does it take to ship my motorcycle? When will I receive my motorcycle? Every motorcycle is shipped differently, and the listing should for that motorcycle should display the usual time it takes to ship on the purchasing page for the motorcycle. Most models are received in 1-2 weeks after they are ordered. Larger motorcycles like the RX4, RX6 and E-RT3 use a specialty shipping service and may take longer than 2 weeks to receive and are noted on their product purchasing page. 

    11. Can I split my motorcycle purchase between multiple cards? Yes, we allow motorcycle purchases to be split between multiple credit cards. Our website is not capable of this, and it will need to be complete over the phone or in store.
