Shipping and Delivery Information
We are pleased to offer Flat Rate Shipping of $485 to most locations in the contiguous Lower 48 United States. Please note that a few remote or challenging areas may require a delivery surcharge; if your location requires additional fees, we will contact you immediately after your order to discuss the additional payment.
Tax and Registration (CA Customers)
For California Residents Only: We are required to collect California state sales tax and registration fees for all customers registering this vehicle in the state. If you are a California resident, we will contact you after your purchase to calculate and collect these required fees. Customers who are registering the motorcycle outside of California are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and registration fees directly to their local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

CSC Motorcycles Standard Limited Warranty
CSC Motorcycles provides a complimentary 6-month limited warranty, effective from the date of vehicle delivery. This warranty applies exclusively to the engine and covers manufacturing defects in parts. Additional service contracts may be purchased with your vehicle.

Assembly and Preparation: CSC Motorcycles offers assembled units; however, the company does not take responsibility for the product's safety. A mechanic should ensure all bolts and components are correctly and securely assembled before operation.
Exclusions to the Warranty
This warranty is void and does not cover the following:

Wear and Tear: Standard wear and tear parts, including but not limited to: batteries, body parts, brakes, spark plugs, throttle grips, hoses, fuel lines, brake lines, filters, brake & clutch levers, light bulbs, seats & upholstery.

Wheels and Clutches: Tires, rims, and clutches.

Misuse and External Factors: Damage resulting from extreme riding, racing, or competition, as well as vandalism, theft, fire, or accidents (at-fault or not-at-fault).
Extended Service Agreements
Extended service agreements function in the same manner as the standard warranty, beginning on the date of vehicle delivery and ending at the conclusion of the specified service agreement period. These agreements cover the engine and parts and are subject to the same exclusions listed above.
