Symptoms of a Failing Charger:
- No Indicator Light: If the LED does not illuminate when plugged into a known-working outlet, the internal fuse or circuit board has failed.
- Continuous Blinking Red: Usually indicates the charger cannot "handshake" with the Battery Management System (BMS). Inspect the vehicle-side connector for bent pins.
- Thermal Shutdown: If the internal cooling fan does not spin up during a charge, the unit will shut down prematurely to prevent overheating.
Note: This charger is designed for 96V nominal Lithium-ion systems. Always verify your battery voltage before use in non-RX1E applications.
