The CSC TT250 Enduro is already an amazing motorcycle, with a reliable 230cc engine, electric start, disc brakes, inverted forks, and dual-sport tires. It is also the best value in the US market, with a price tag of only $2,495. But we wanted to make it even better, so we added some upgrades that enhance its performance, comfort, protection, and versatility. Here is what we did:

  • We replaced the stock tires with Shinko 244 Series tires, which are more suitable for off-road riding and have a longer lifespan. These tires have a knobby tread pattern that provides excellent traction on dirt, gravel, sand, and mud. They also have a reinforced carcass that resists punctures and cuts. The front tire size is 3.00-21 and the rear tire size is 4.60-18.
  • We upgraded the front and rear brake rotors with 420 stainless steel rotors, which are more durable and resistant to corrosion than the stock ones. These rotors have a wave design that improves heat dissipation and reduces brake fade. They also have a slotted surface that helps to clear dirt and water from the brake pads.
  • We installed a new spark plug, NGK D8EA, which is compatible with the TT250 engine and provides optimal ignition performance. This spark plug has a copper core that enhances heat transfer and prevents overheating. It also has a nickel alloy electrode that resists erosion and corrosion.
  • We added an aluminum skid plate with hardware, which protects the engine and frame from rocks, logs, and other obstacles on the trail. This skid plate is made of high-strength aluminum alloy that can withstand impacts and abrasions. It also has ventilation holes that allow air flow and prevent overheating.
  • We mounted an aluminum rear rack, which adds extra storage space for luggage, tools, or camping gear. This rear rack is made of lightweight aluminum that does not add much weight to the bike. It also has multiple mounting points that allow you to attach various bags or cases.
  • We swapped the stock foot pegs with billet aluminum foot pegs, which are wider and more comfortable than the stock ones. These foot pegs are made of CNC-machined aluminum that is strong and durable. They also have a serrated surface that provides better grip and control.
  • We replaced the stock shift lever with a folding toe shift peg lever, which is more convenient and safer than the stock one. This shift lever has a spring-loaded mechanism that allows it to fold up when it hits an obstacle, preventing damage or injury. It also has an adjustable length that can be customized to your preference.
  • We installed a battery charger, Duo Drag OptiMate, which keeps the battery in good condition and extends its lifespan. This battery charger has a smart technology that automatically detects the battery status and applies the appropriate charge level. It also has a dual output that can charge two batteries at once.
  • We changed the stock grips with ODI Rogue White grips, which are more comfortable and stylish than the stock ones. These grips have a rubber compound that reduces vibration and fatigue. They also have a lock-on system that prevents them from slipping or rotating on the handlebars.
  • We adjusted the chain and sprocket to optimize the gearing ratio for different riding conditions. We used a 428NZ X 130 Links G/B chain, which is stronger and quieter than the stock one. We also used different sprocket sizes depending on whether we wanted more speed or more torque.
