Testing Page.html

You have a great product in your Step-Thru Model electric bicycle. It’s a powerful, comfortable, and stylish e-bike that can take you anywhere you want to go. But before you can enjoy the ride, you need to assemble it first. Don’t worry, it’s not hard at all. In fact, we have a video that shows you how to do it step by step. You can watch it here:

But if you prefer to read the instructions, we have also prepared a written tutorial for you. Here are the main steps you need to follow to assemble your FT750ST e-bike:

What you need. To assemble your e-bike, you will need the following tools:

  • Side cutters
  • 4, 5, 6 and 8 mm Allen wrenches
  • T25 wrench
  • 15 mm wrench
  • 10 mm wrench and socket
  • A bicycle specific multi tool or kit will have most if not all the tools need in a convenient, easy to carry package. You can find one on our website: [CSC Motorcycles Accessories - Bicycle Tools]
  • Bicycle tire pump and zip ties

You will also need a flat and spacious area to work on, such as a garage or a driveway.

1. Unbox the e-bike. Carefully remove the e-bike from the box and take out all the accessories and parts. You should have a battery, a charger, a front wheel, a front fender, a headlight, a handlebar, a tool kit, and some zip ties. Check that everything is in good condition and nothing is missing or damaged.

2. Install the front wheel. Remove the plastic caps from the front fork and insert the front wheel axle into the fork dropouts. Make sure the brake disc is aligned with the brake caliper and tighten the axle nuts with a 15 mm wrench. Connect the brake cable to the brake lever on the handlebar and adjust the brake tension if needed.

3. Install the front fender. Attach the front fender bracket to the fork crown with two bolts and washers. Then attach the front fender to the bracket with four bolts and washers. Make sure the fender is centered over the wheel and does not rub against the tire or brake disc.

4. Install the headlight. Connect the headlight wire to the wire coming out of the fork crown. Then attach the headlight to the front fender bracket with two bolts and washers. Adjust the angle of the headlight so that it points forward and does not blind other road users.

5. Install the handlebar. Remove the stem cap and stem bolts from the stem and insert the handlebar into the stem clamp. Align the handlebar with the front wheel and tighten the stem bolts evenly with a 5 mm Allen wrench. Then tighten the stem cap with a 4 mm Allen wrench.

6. Install the battery. Unlock the battery compartment on the frame and slide out the battery tray. Insert the battery into the tray and slide it back into the compartment until it clicks into place. Lock the compartment with a key and remove it for safety.

7. Check everything. Before you turn on your e-bike, make sure everything is properly installed and secured. Check that all bolts and nuts are tight, all wires are connected, all brakes are working, all tires are inflated, and all lights are functioning.

8. Enjoy your ride. Turn on your e-bike by pressing and holding the power button on SW900 Dash display for a few seconds. You can adjust the settings and modes on SW900 Dash display according to your preference. You can also use the throttle or pedal assist to control your speed and power.

That’s it! You have successfully assembled your FT750ST e-bike and you are ready to hit the road. We hope you have fun riding your new e-bike and exploring new places.
