STEP 1. Remove the windshield by removing the (4) 5mm button-head allen screws



STEP 2. Remove the 5mm socket-head allen set bolt



STEP 3.  Remove the height adjustment bolt


STEP 4.  Remove the 10mm cap nut and 5mm socket-head allen pivot bolt



STEP 5.  Lube the adjustment cylinder and reinstall



STEP 6.  Align holes on the windshield pivot bracket. Install springs and pivot bolts. There are corresponding right and left springs.



STEP 7.  Apply blue Loctite to the pivot bolt cap nut



STEP 8.  Grease and reinstall adjustment bolt



STEP 9.  Reinstall set bolt and tighten very lightly if you want to maintain the ability the adjust windshield on the fly. Tighten firmly if you want the windshield in a permenant position.



STEP 10. Reinstall windshield and trim with the (4) 5mm button-head allen screws
