How to Maintain the Cooling System on an RX1E

Checking the Fluid Level
To check the fluid level, locate the overflow tank. The overflow tank is usually located near the top of the cooling system. The fluid level should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the overflow tank. If the fluid level is low, add Pink/Red coolant to the overflow tank until the level reaches the "MAX" mark.
Adding Coolant
To add coolant, open the overflow tank and add Pink/Red coolant until the level reaches the "MAX" mark. Be sure to use the correct type of coolant for your RX1E. The type of coolant is going to be the Red/Pink kind often marked as for Asian vehicles.
