Product Overview

The CSC RX3 Adventure motorcycle is perfect for real-world riding, including adventure touring, off-road excursions, sightseeing, or commuting to work economically. The RX3 is equipped with a proven and smooth 250cc, 4-valve, overhead cam, counter-balanced engine. The engine is water-cooled and equipped with Delphi fuel injection and electric start. For maximum performance the bike features a six-speed transmission.

The RX3 engine has a proven record of economy and durability around the world. The engine is also specifically designed to be low-maintenance. This same engine is a best-seller in Central America (where motorcycle sales far exceed that of the U.S. annually.) The RX3 has competed and been proven in off-road rallies in Eastern Europe. This same dependable RX3 counter-balanced engine is also found in the RC3 factory Moto GP racing bike that has competed since 1999 and won the 2002 Motorcycle Endurance World Championship.

The CSC RX3 Adventure is outfitted with an equipment package that includes 80/20 dual sport tires on steel rims, a tall windscreen, adjustable front and rear suspension, rear panniers and top case, front and rear guards, steel engine skid plate, and much more that cost hundreds more on other bikes. Other adventure motorcycles force you to buy countless upgrades, but the RX3 includes a comfortable touring seat, passenger seat and foot pegs, LED turn signals and tail light, ABS brakes, a full digital dash with speedometer, odometer, trip odometer, fuel gauge, temperature gauge, gear indicator, neutral light, and clock plus an analog tachometer. These extra-cost options are all STANDARD equipment on the RX3.

But the CSC RX3 value continues with anodized front forks, wide steel foot pegs with removable rubber inserts, a stainless-steel exhaust, a 4.2-gallon gas tank with locking gas cap, a 300-watt alternator for accessories, 12Volt charger, USB port and handlebar switches for these electrical accessories. You will pay hundreds more to add any of these options to any other adventure motorcycle if even possible - but ALL these features are STANDARD on the CSC RX3!

    Discounted RX3

Posted by Reuben on Feb 2nd 2022

I have owned this motorcycle for about 3 weeks now and overall, I am very satisfied with this bike. If you would like a more in-depth review of my experiences with this bike, I have created a thread named #ReubenReports within the Facebook groups called "CSC motorcycle Owners Group" and "CSC RX3, RX4, & RX6 Owners USA". In these reports I have documented all the upgrades, issues, and adventures I have had with the motorcycle so far and I will continue to document my ownership experiences into the future. I really encourage you to check it out. The RX3 I bought was discounted because it was mishandled during a delivery to a previous customer and caused quite a few cosmetic damages. I also got a bit of an extra discount by buying it during the new year's sale. The bike isn't perfect, no bike truly is However, for the price I paid for this bike brand new (with some cosmetic damages). There is no better deal on the market right now that will give you the performance, versatility, and convenience this bike has to offer. Sure, you can take your chances and buy a used "whatever bike" for the same price if you want to take that chance of inheriting someone else's headache. Even if you get a sweet deal on a used bike, most will still have to spend over $1,500 or more to modify the bike to their liking. This bike comes standard with most features like pannier boxes, top box, crash guards, USB outlet, and much more that most would have to pay extra for with other brands. So, from that perspective this bike is truly an amazing value and if you are skeptical like I was before pulling the trigger on ordering one. I get it, I have been there. Most of us like myself don't have the chance to stop by CSC Motorcycle's Shop for a test ride. I encourage you to do yourself a favor by checking out the Facebook groups, ChinaRiders Forum, and ADVRiders forums to hear what everyone is saying about this bike to help you make up your mind. If you are looking for an affordable way to commute, go on an adventure on unpaved paths, or just want to buy an unintimidating motorcycle to learn how to ride on. This could be the bike for you, and I can assure you your money will be well spent.

    RX3 Adventure Black

Posted by Jim on Sep 30th 2021

I am very pleased with this bike! I've owned CRFs and an XT in the past. For what I use this bike, the CSC is plainly superior in performance. I mostly ride the hilly streets, roads, and highways in and around Branson, MO, and from time to time I've taken it out on our nearby state park trails. On pavement, Honda and Yamaha 250s just can't beat the CSC in raw performance and comfort. If you're planning a lot of hard off-road riding, those bikes might be a consideration. But for price, fit and finish, and what I use it for, I'll keep my CSC, thank you! Now, I've had it for only 3 months. There's barely a thousand miles on it, so I can't speak to longevity just yet. So far I've changed the oil and snugged some bolts. I checked the anti-freeze once just to look in there. Pretty normal stuff, nothing out of the ordinary for a bike. My only complaint about this bike is the headlight. Others said I'll have to upgrade it, and they're right. It's not bright enough for any night riding. That's the one additional mod I will make and do recommend for anybody buying it. Another, I ordered the center stand, which has been helpful the few times I used it. I ordered the footpad thingy for the kickstand and HIGHLY recommend that for when you want to park on dirt, sand, and gravel surfaces. It does EXACTLY what it's supposed to. Out of caution I ordered a chain upgrade too. I've not replaced the stock chain, however, and have decided not to until actually needed. The CSC people are tops in my book. Buying was a breeze. Taking delivery of a motorcycle in a big, giant box was better than Christmas as a kid!
